A Focus Session is a 60 minutes coaching call that supports you in developing a clear focus on a specific topic of your life or career. No matter the problem, we will look closely at it and find out what’s happening beneath the surface. We then address the underlying energy, release it where stuck and develop a new focus from the clarity gained.

This coaching call works best if you already understand that you are in the driver’s seat of your life and career. You know that it’s YOU who makes the choices for your life and that you take responsibility for your choices. Additionally, an open mindset and the willingness to see situations from a different perspective are helpful.
